Refund policy
No Refunds: At fabOink, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.
Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at admin@faboink.com. You must report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Proof Requirement: To process your damage claim, we require a video of the unboxing, clearly showing the damage. This video must be provided along with your initial report of damage.
Resolution Process: Upon receiving your video and damage report, we will investigate and determine the best course of action, which may include replacement of the damaged item.
